Shipping Policy

We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not included.

Receiving time = Preparing time + Shipping time.

  • Preparing time: 1-2 Business Days 
  • Shipping time: 1-5 Days
  • Shipping Method: FedEx, UPS, USPS

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status or you can contact support@dreamsidea.com to see the order status.

Note: The shipping time may be affected by public holidays, bad weather, and unforeseen courier delays.

Attention: 

For a successful delivery, we strongly suggest leaving your mobile number during the checkout process. Unsuccessful deliveries caused by an incorrect or missing mobile number cannot be compensated.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages (Please Read Carefully):

We want to ensure your order reaches you safely. However, please note that Dreamsidea is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) officially marks them as “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please take the following steps:

  1. Double-check your porch, back door, and garage, and ask your neighbors if it was misdelivered.
  2. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with your leasing office, property manager, or mailroom.
  3. Wait an additional 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages as “Delivered” prematurely.

Once a package has a confirmed Proof of Delivery (POD) from the carrier, the ownership of the items legally transfers to the buyer. Therefore, we are unable to issue refunds or free replacements for orders confirmed as delivered. If you suspect your package was stolen from your property, we strongly recommend filing a mail theft report with your local police department and contacting the carrier directly to open an investigation.
